Job brief
We are looking for an HR specialist who will be responsible to support with recruitment, resignation, assignment, transfer orders, monthly statistical reports, maternity, sick, casual leaves allowances, obligatory and medical insurance coordination.
Responsibilities
• Maintain manual and electronic documents, files and records (e.g. personnel records, employee lists, etc.)
• Input as well as timely update and correct personnel data in the management accounting system 1C and ASAN;
• Prepare announcements of vacancies; make the short list in accordance with the requirements of the advertised position, arrange meetings with the shortlisted candidates
• Ensure that the Company’s activities comply with the Azerbaijani Labor Code
• Preparation of employee references and requested reports and schedules
• Coordination of Timesheets in 1C to ensure proper filling
• Coordination of obligatory and medical insurances
Requirements
• At least 2 year experience in similar role
• Knowledge and work experience in 1C
• Knowledge of Azerbaijan Labor legislation
• Computer literacy (Word, excel, power point)
• Azeri, Russian and English literacy and speaking
