Job Description

• Receive and proceed with the Direct Billing related bill / Invoices: Daily!
• Receive and proceed with the Inventory related bill / Invoices: Daily!
• Analyze /control the accuracy received bills: per legal requirement! 
• BANK: Daily Reconciliation of Bank Statement & Posting in SUN
• Daily maintenance of AP Ledger for all The Creditors
• Filing Contracts and update contract list
• Filing paid and unpaid invoices accurately
• Find and print all needed/necessary PRs from PRSOFT program
• ME: A&L Reconciliation: per agreed accounts discussed with DOF
• ME: Reconcile "Accrual" Accounts/Check if all Fix charges are received
• ME: Reconcile "Prepaid Deliveries" Account
• ME: Reconciliation VAT Input!
• Printing VAT Invoices from www.e-taxes.gov.az
• Reconciliation acts with Vendors companies (min of 15 x month)
• TAX: VAT Invoices charged to E `taxes reporting to Owners
• VAT Payment, made per legal requirement
• Performs all other tasks assigned by the DOF

Requirements

At least 1 year experience in Accounts Payable (hotel industry) position, high proficiency in MS offices (Excel, Word etc.), preferable knowledge about SUN Accounting System
