“Baku Boulevard Hotel” is looking for Engineering Coordinator.

Job Brief

We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic candidates who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions for solving related issues. As an Engineering Coordinator is responsible to oversee all procedures and identify efficient and cost effective measures for continual improvement of quality and service effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will be able to handle stress and work under pressure and bring along strong administrative skills, an analytical mind and the capability of being able to write concise reports.

Key Functions

 Distribute the work to subordinates according to capabilities to get the best results
 Ensure that the work done by subordinates are according to the specified standard
 Coordinate with other departments counterparts and ensure their satisfaction on quality and progress
 Respond to all incoming & outgoing communications by receiving and distributing correspondence both internal and external to satisfy the demands of the hotel operations
 Provide administrative support to the department and maintain good working relationship with operation
 Ensure compliance with local legislation with subsequent provision of written documentations & records
 Assist in arranging of departmental schedules, trainings ensure attendance and tracking as appropriate
 To attend training sessions and meetings as and when required

Requirements

 High or Technical school education in administration or engineering (priority)
 At least previous 1 year experience in a Coordinator role or similar (hotel, technical, asset management and purchasing stores)
 A good command of written and spoken Azeri (mandatory), English and Russian (desirable)
 The ability to identify troubleshooting of mechanical and (or) electrical equipment (priority)
 Excellent computer literacy, asset management and inventory knowledge
