A young and dynamic hotel management company in Azerbaijan managing a world-class portfolio of hotels and resorts, ABSHERON Hotel Group is looking for Sales Coordinator for its Hotel Units.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
 Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness. 
 Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
 Creative and able to adapt quickly to change.
 Be present to assist with pre-event client meetings and be available for events as needed.
 Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.
 Provide input and ideas into marketing initiatives and assist in monitoring responses.
 Follow up on all inquiries and prepare sales proposals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
 Very good knowledge of Azeri, English and Russian languages.
 Knowledge of local market and hospitality.
 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
