Outgoing Manager
• Organize seasonal and other trips (booking hotels, transfer services,rental services tour guides,exhibition tickets reservation, etc.).
• Timely preparation visas and other necessary documents
• Ensure the cancellation or replacement of booked hotel and air tickets in case of necessity
• Ensure gathering information about the employees` business trips and providing necessary reports to relevant departments
Requirements:
• University degree (Degree in Tourism and Management field is an advantage)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Travel
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs
• Fluent in Azerbaijan, English and Russian languages
• Good time management and problem solving skills
