Vacancy:  Receptionist

Responsibility: 

• Dealing with bookings by phone, e-mail, letter, fax or face-to-face;
• Completing procedures when guests arrive and leave;
• Preparing bills and taking payments;
• Dealing with special requests from guests.

Job requirements:

- Previous experience as a receptionist;
- Strong customer service skills;
- Azeri, English and Russian languages excellent written and verbal;
