Vacancy: Spa Receptionist – Male & Female

Duties and responsibilities:

• Oversee all reservations, payment procedures established for facilities, treatments and other services
• Issue and arrange memberships
• Encourage sales through full product and price knowledge of offered and available facilities
• Receive guest bookings as per standards and sequences
• Liaise with therapists and instructors to ensure operation runs smoothly
• Handle guest complaints if possible or report to manager
• Other relevant duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Azeri and Russian, good knowledge of English
• Previous experience in hospitality related field preferred
• Customer Focused
• Team Player
• Proficient with MS Office
