- Setting up contacts with travel travel agencies of foreign countries 
- Accepting and forwarding tourists 
- Receiving and processing calls 
- Dealing with e-mails 
- Arranging the price of tours 
- Leading customers from the from the start till the end of tour 
- Searching and booking hotels, transport, museums, public catering points 
- Managing and filling company’s website (prices and programs) 
- Dealing with contracts of local hotels, museums, transport companies 
- Working with guides 
- Conditions of Work: Full time 
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 10:00-18:30, Saturday 11:00-16:30

Namizədə tələblər

- Relevant work experience is required 
- Guide experience is desirable 
- Advanced user of Office Programs and Marketing tools 
- Higher education 
- Aptitude for learning and exploring in the area of tourism 
- High level of English language (speaking and writing), Russian is desirable
