Hotel Group is looking for Lawyer for its Hotel Units.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Assist to all Departments for Legal issues.
 Review contract terms and conditions, make sure that they comply with state laws and company policies.
 Analyze, research and summarize legal information.
 Be aware of new laws, regulations, and industry trends that affect the business. 
 Protect the company against legal risks and violations.
 Identify legal issues within the business and provide legal analyses and possible legal solutions.
 Attend court hearings if necessary.
 Perform related work as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 Proficient in English, Russian and Azeri.
 Bachelor Degree in Law.
 Excellent knowledge of international and local law.
 At least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong communication skills.
 Effective use of computer systems for the generation of professional reports, scheduling and client database management.
