Position: Sales Manager
• Identifying new markets and business opportunities and increase sales
• Meeting planned sales goals
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
• Ensuring all reservations are tracked correctly for statistical purposes
• Providing the highest quality of service to the customer at all times
• Developing strong relationships with on property front office team to ensure working in unity and always striving to achieve the same goals.
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager in hotel
• Excellent Azerbaijani, Russian and English verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
