Front Office Manager
Currently we are looking for Front Office Manager for The Landmark Hotel Baku who will directly report to Chief Operating Officer.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- managing day to day front office operations
- ensuring quality standards are met as per the set SOP
- meeting and exceeding the expectations of the guests
- Train, supervise and support office staff, including receptionists and call center agents
- Ensure timely and accurate customer service
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience as a Front Office manager;
- Azeri, English and Russian languages excellent written and verbal;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven leadership, organizational and guest service skills.
