We are looking for an outgoing and revenue-driving person for the position of Sales Executive.
Apart from administrative day-to-day work the main responsibilities are:
• Actualize and maintain the customer data base
• Achieve rooms, meeting and event revenue goals by developing and implementing sales strategies together with the Commercial Director.
• Assistance in the elaboration of the Hotel business plan
• Acquisition of new clients by phone and personal sales calls (quota)
• Meet required results through active interaction with existing, potential and new clients inside and outside the hotel.
• Coordinate communication between all relevant departments to provide professional and effective planning to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Negotiate volume based PCR/LCR contracts; RFP handling
• Develop and implement sales activities and client events
• Represent hotel at international exhibitions and sales events
Requirements:
• Fluent English, Azerbaijani and Russian, spoken and written
• Very good organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills throughout all hierarchy levels
• Team spirit
• Good Knowledge of Opera PMS is preferable
• Experience in Sales/Revenue related jobs is expected
