Vacancy: Operation Manager

Responsibilities:

- Entering hotel contracts and entering prices according to the dates
- Receive and enter "Stop Sale" dates from daily hotels
- Rounding up of tours and transfers
- Checking the machines (tour, transfer) from the daily system
- checking driver and guide reports
- At the end of the month, the general purchase and sale of the system has been checked and presented
- Adjust price division in Group Reserves
- Monitoring partner b2b accounts and solving problems that may arise
- Opening new b2b companies
- Shoot down the hotel, the tour, the mark up for the dates relevant to transfers
- Reception of holiday and special prices from hotels in time

Education / Experience:

- Higher education (preference is given to graduates of the University of Tourism)
- Minimum one year work experience
- Knowledge of Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages is absolutely necessary
- Must be stress-resistant, honest and analytical.
- Computer skills - MS Office, Word,Excel

Additional information:

- 6-day working week; 9:00 - 18:00. Saturday 10:00 - 16:00
