Guest relations agent
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Must be able to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of all hotel services and outlet information such as hours of operation, key personnel, hotel policies, etc
• Must maintain a familiarity with the local scene (shopping, restaurants, spas, theater, live music, concerts and events) in order to provide relevant recommendations to guests according to their preferences
• Must communicate effectively with management and other departments and assist when needed in order to exceed the guest’s expectations
• Achieve positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements:
• Must be an energetic, self-motivated and positive team player
• Must be effective in identifying and solving problems as necessary
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Must be able to stand for your entire shift as time will be spent both in an office environment and in the hotel’s main lobby.
• Previous experience in a customer-focused industry
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
• Excellent grooming standards
