Front Office Receptionist

JOB REQUIREMENTS

o Opera PMS knowledge is a must.

F&B Supervisor

JOB REQUIREMENTS

o Supervise, support, schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members in all restaurant activities and operations
o Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
o Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints
o Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
o Manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly

Salary: 600-700 AZN (net)

Dessert & Pastry Chef

JOB REQUIREMENTS

o Exceptional cooking skills and a passion for the hospitality industry
o Previous experience with pastry within a 4 or 5-star hotel
o Working closely with the F&B team in order to deliver exceptional pastry/desserts
o Ensuring menus for guests are contemporary and competitive in the market
o Closely monitoring the storage and ordering of food whilst maintaining food cost
o Ensure efficient kitchen service and continuous improvement and innovation
o Flexible to work on a rotating roster which includes weekends and public holidays
o Complying with the prescribed health and safety standards of the hotel

Salary: 1000-1300 AZN (net)
