Job Summary

Serves as the property Duty Manager/Night Manager and oversees all property operations, ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided. Directs all property operations during the day and overnight shift. Represents property management in resolving any guest or property related situation. Manages the flow of questions and directs guests within the lobby. Personally assisting in resolving any issues and completing tasks. Serves as Guest Relations Manager and handles the tracking of service issues.

Requirements

• Hotel experience as Duty/Night Manager or leadership role at Front Office Department;
• Fluent Language skills: Azerbaijani, English, Russian;
• Opera hotel program, MS offices (Excel, Word etc.), outlook;
• Flexible, Guest Oriented, Hospitable, Presentable, Communicative, Leadership Skills;
