Position: Executive Chef
Responsibilities:
• Designing new recipes, planning menus, and selecting plate presentations.
• Plan & purchase all food items necessary to prepare meals according to the current menu.
• Strictly follow the HACCP procedure.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and workers engaged in food preparation.
• Demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to staff.
• Manage food costing, controls, and compliance.
• Hiring and training kitchen staff.
Requirements:
• More than 5 years of experience as a chef in a brand hotel.
• Strong culinary background, with the demonstrated ability to stay current with new culinary trends.
• Knowledgeable in current food trends.
• Culinary degree a plus.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
