"Chenot Palace Hotel " is currently looking for experienced candidates to fill the role of Reservation agent!

Key responsibilities:

- Knows the selling status, rates, and benefits of all packages plans;
- Creates and maintains reservation records by date of arrival and alphabetical listing;
- Prepares letters of confirmation;
- Processes advance deposits on reservations;
- Communicates reservation information to the front desk;

Requirements:

- Previous hotel-related experience desired;
- High level of written and verbal business Azeri, Russian, English;
- High level of social and interpersonal skills;
- Highly developed organizational skills;
