Position: HR Administrator/Specialist
Employer: Shamakhi Palace
Shamakhi Palace Hotel is looking for HR Administrator/Specialist.
• Running effective recruitment/termination processes in accordance with labor laws, policies, procedures and hotel standards
• Maintaining and ensuring correct database in E-Gov and 1C systems
• Maintain effective communication with all department to ensure HR process/procedure adherence
• Running personnel administration as per internal procedures and in accordance with Labour Code requirements
• Monitoring/Coordinating departments’ work schedule, vacation plan, performance appraisals, training reports etc.
• Knowledge of Azeri, English (Russian is an asset)
• Positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Good knowledge of 1C and Office programs (Word/Excel/Outlook)
• At least 1 year experience in the position
Transportation to/from Baku/Meal/Accommodation at Staff House is provided
Salary rate is – 400-600 AZN net (depends on experience and interview results)
