Position: SPA Receptionist

Job Responsibility:

• Good communication skills;
• correctly respond to phone calls and emails in accordance with standards;
• Excellent communication skills needed for effective discussions with guests;
• Listen attentively to customer complaints and responded accordingly;
• Assist the spa supervisor in daily clerical operations;
• Develop relationships with guests to meet their needs and satisfaction for repeated service.

Job requirement:

• experience in the related position;
• ability to work under pressure;
• good computer skills;
• good languages skills (English and Russian) ;
• sociable;
• responsible.
