HR Supervisor (Region)

Location: Region(accommodation provided)

Responsibilities:
• Workforce Planning and Employment
• Processing transfers, promotions, and terminations
• Preparation of Relevant Internal Orders; Making appropriate notes in Labor Books, opening new ones if needed, etc.) 
• New Starters and Leavers Issues (Induction, Setting up personnel files, New employees placement, database registration) and monthly preparation of Turnover reports. Execution and registration of sick certificates )
• Updating personnel information on a periodic basis and ensuring that records are up to date at all times; maintaining personnel files((hard and electronic copies) for each employee 
• Preparing and submitting necessary documents to the relevant government labor authorities 
• Preparing orders, instructions and references

Qualifications:
Experience in HR Administration
Knowledge of Labor Code
Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani and English

Salary: 1500 AZN net
