EXPECTED RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Primary responsibility is to provide leadership, direction and supervision of staff in the daily operations of the Spa
• Assist in Retail and Spa Inventory, 
• Maintain a clean and neat business like appearance at all times using a high standard of personal hygiene ,
• Check in guests at spa and health club, entering appropriate information into and running necessary reports from computer system, 
• Take payments, post charges, enter amounts into computer, and balance accounts at end of shift, 
• Answer a variety of questions from guests, and handle routine problems, 
• Responsibilities may include training employees, planning, assigning and directing work, 
• Appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems,
• Book Spa appointments and services, Perform other related clerical tasks, 
• Assist in general maintenance of the spa desk and reception area,
• Provide superior service to our customers (internal and external) at all times
 
EXPECTED QUALIFICATIONS:

• College degree or equivalent experience
• Accounting and budgeting knowledge
• Strong communication skills
• Proven leadership qualities
• Minimum 3 years  experience in Spa management 
• Fitness and/or Salon experience, Hospitality experience
• Spa Management Certification
• Excellent communication skills
• Thorough knowledge of federal, state and local laws governing employment
• Public speaking knowledge and experience
