We are looking for an outgoing and serviceminded person for the position of Sales Coordinator.
Apart from administrative day-to-day work the main responsibilities are:
• Actualizes and maintains the customer data base
• Manages the filing system in the sales department
• Compiles monthly statistics and reports
• Organization and realization of sales
• Maintaining existing accounts and acquiring new accounts.
• Maintains effective correspondence
• Handles incoming and outgoing telephone calls
• Dealing with group requests
• Negotiation with the clients in all aspects
• Meet required results through active interaction with existing, potential and new clients inside and outside the hotel.
• Coordinate communication between all relevant departments to provide professional and effective planning to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Fluent Russian, Azerbaijani, English and Turkish, spoken and written
• Very good organizational skills
• Excellent communicator
• Good Knowledge of Opera PMS
• Interested in Sales
• Experience in Sales department in hotel industry is required.
