Skiing in Gabala

Winter and summer touristic resort «Tufandag» is one of the two Azerbaijani world-class ski resorts.
Located in the beautiful area near the historic town - Gabala (218 km from Baku), this resort has a developed infrastructure. It offers ski slopes of different difficulty levels, lifts and cable cars, ski equipment rental, ski school, accomodation, cafes and restaurants, entertainment centers for children, etc. 
Cable cars used to deliver the skiers and snowboarders on the slopes in winter, transformed into an independent attraction in summer, offering amazing views of the surrounding hills and mountains opens from cabins.
Apart from that tourists can easily combine winter fun with sightseeing and visit region's largest amusement park Gabaland located nearby.
