Lovers Park

Since the mid 30ies of the nineteenth century when the first park was constructed in Baku, new wonderful gardens and parks where you can spend your time have been opening in the capital each year.  One of them is a park with a romantic name «Sevirəm» («I love you»).
Here in the city center, you can feel surrounded by nature among the more than four thousand planted trees of various species including pines, cypress and other conifers. Carved from natural stone sculpture and artificial water cascades create a unity with the natural landscape. Park area is decorated with installations in the shape of heart painted by young artists.
