Saffron Restaurants Group is looking for Cost Controller.

Required skills, knowledge and experience:

• University degree in finance, accounting or business administration;
• Proficient in Azerbaijani, English and Russian;
• Good MS office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel and working knowledge of relevant cost software;
• Need and accountant profession or gastronomist;
• Experience in 1C is preferred;
• Responsible, attentive to details, ability to work under pressure.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Reviewing cost commitment and expenditure information for all cost elements, for input to the computerized cost control and reporting system on a consistent basis and ensuring that all information received in accurate and correctly input;
• Calculation of recipes;
• Correcting prices by factual invoice;
• Prepare requested cost reports using fixed template;
• Perform Cost of Sales analysis. Compare budgeted and actual costs. Review and investigate differences;
• Making estimates on new and proposed product costs;
• Support month end and year end closing;
• Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual operating information and consolidations;
• Monitor variances;
• Checking of cash floats;
• Calculation of menu prices;
• Checking facts of rational product wastages;
• Participate in other projects as required.
