General purpose:

To ensure customer satisfaction by offering the highest caliber of service to the hotel guest on arrival and departure and throughout the length of the guest stay.

Main Duties

• Greet customers in a pleasant manner and inquire into their car parking needs
• Provide customers with information on valet parking fees
• Provide customers with a valet parking tag in exchange of handed-over keys
• Drive customers’ vehicles to designated parking locations in a safe manner
• Ascertain that vehicles are properly parked in designated lots and locked before being left alone
• Direct customers’ vehicles in available parking spots
• Escort customers to their vehicles if they forget which area they parked in
• Take receipt tags from customers, locate their cars and drive them to the waiting areas
• Ascertain that keys and remotes are returned as soon as the car is handed over
• Ascertain the cleanliness and maintenance of parking lots to ensure both customer and vehicle safety
• Provide the removal of items from stored vehicles if required, and other miscellaneous services requested by the guest or supervisor in a timely manner
• Assist in ensuring guest and co-worker safety and security by reporting any suspicious or unusual behaviour or occurrence to the appropriate supervisor on duty, and informing security.
• To report for duty with a professional appearance and dress to standards.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of progressive driving experience in a service industry or related field
• Driving Licence “B” category
• Good Command of the Azerbaijani language 
• Russian and English languages knowledge is beneficial
• Team oriented
• Customer service focused
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Professional manner and outgoing personality
