Subject: Talents Development Program

Our company is announcing Talent Development Program the aim of which is to develop young professionals which are interested to work in travel sector. If you are confident in your skills, creative enough and have will to work in travel business then this challenge is for you.

Main enrolment criteria’s are:

- New graduates, preferably from Azerbaijan Tourism University
- Age restriction is considered- candidates up to 23 may apply
- Basic understanding, education in travel sector is needed
- Knowledge of Russian, Azerbaijan, English languages demanded

The selection process is fair and transparent: The demanding minimum criteria are standardized and all applicants for a position go through the same steps of the selection process.

Successful candidates will be offered position in the company after finishing Talents Development Program.
