Shahdag Hotel Company is looking for HR Coordinator.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparing orders (hiring, promotion, resignation, vacation and etc.)
• Sending monthly statistical report
• Ordering salary cards for associates
• Organizing medical check-up for staff
• Providing staff with medical insurance cards
• Providing Finance department with timesheets and related orders at the end of month for payroll

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent English and Azerbaijani
• Microsoft office software knowledge, 1C knowledge is preference
• Minimum 1 year experience
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of Labor Code of Azerbaijan Republic
