Position: Guest Relation Agent

Place: Baku, Azerbaijan

Age: 21-35

Essential Skills required:

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Azeri, Arabic,Russian and English (Arabic will count as a strong advantage)
• Strong customer service skills
• A friendly and professional telephone manner
• The ability to adapt to different guests
• Patience and tact
• The ability to stay calm under pressure and look after several things at once
• The ability to use computerized technology (Microsoft Office)
• Accuracy and attention to detail.

Advantageous Skills:

• Previous experience in hospitality industry
• Knowledge of Arabic or Farsi Languages
• Knowledge of Opera PMS or Fidelio.
