"Galatour" company is seeking for a SALES MANAGER

Requirements
 

- A university degree or college diploma in business administration, marketing, communications, public relations, advertising or a related field is required
- Previous supervisory or management experience in sales, marketing, public relations and/or the tourism industry is required
- Knowledge of the product and competitive environment is required
- Proof of previous sales success
- Strong network of connections is an asset
- Leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Human resource management skills
- Financial management skills
- Good time management skills

Commitments

- Assign sales territory, target groups and sales quotas Coordinate sales activities with other work units or departments
- Prepare and submit plans, budgets, progress reports and annual sales reports
- Manage human resource functions e.g. hiring, training, performance reviews
- Research competitors' products/services
- Develop goals and objectives, projects and priorities and assign them to Sales Managers
- Develop and conduct sales campaigns, as well as marketing and promotional plans
- May perform duties of Sales Managers as well
- Working hours: 10:00-19:00 Monday to Friday, on Saturday 10:00-15:00

Salary  300-500 AZN
